Terms of purchase

These purchase conditions apply to you as a consumer and trader who shops at Se Hela Livet ("the seller"), organization number 700625-7104. However, the seller does not accept sales to traders who intend to resell the products and reserves the right to cancel orders.

Prices and payment

Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price, VAT and transport costs. If you are under 18, you need a guardian's permission to shop with us.
"Se whole life" uses the payment methods Klarna and credit/debit card.


We use Postnord or DHL depending on the size of the parcel.

Repayment obligation

Se Hela Livet must, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, refund the amount paid as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the day we received the item.

Unclaimed parcels or letters

For unclaimed letters or parcels, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently SEK 200.

Right of withdrawal and complaint

You pay for the return shipping, which must be trackable. Sealed products must be returned in unopened packaging. The right of withdrawal is not applicable for companies.

Shipping charges are not refunded when exercising the right of withdrawal. In the event that a used product is sent back to us, we reserve the right to make a deduction for the reduction in value upon refund. This refers to a reduction in value that occurred as a result of you as a customer handling the product to a greater extent than was necessary to determine its properties and function. The return of the item must have been received by "Se Hela Livet" for a refund to take place. If an item is damaged upon arrival to the customer, it is a complaint.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must always contact us as soon as the error is discovered. Defective returns are always at our expense, but you may not return without first contacting us. All returns must be traceable and must not be subject to collection fees (cash on delivery). A defective item is replaced in the first instance with a new, fault-free one. Please note that visible transport damage must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the item.

Force majeure

"Se Hela Livet" is exempt from penalty for failure to fulfill certain obligations in this agreement if the failure is based on extenuating circumstances as described below and the circumstance makes fulfillment difficult, prevents or delays. Such extenuating circumstances shall be considered to be, among other things, a authority's action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict in the labor market, blockade, strike, fire or flood, sabotage or major accident. Force majeure also includes decisions by authorities that negatively affect the market and products, e.g. restrictions, warnings, sales bans, etc.
